Sculpted and carved modeling chocolate  The entire piece is completely edible. The manger is made from rice, cereal, treats, covered in fondant and edible wafer paper, creating a very rustic look, decorated with edible moss and shredded wheat cereal  for  hay.
Each figure is hand painted using edible oil paints.
